FastGeeks was founded because its owners noticed that the repair and installation services offered by PC vendors and retailers was quickly becoming either
nonexistent or was being performed by incompetent unprofessional personnel. Furthermore, the advent of the Internet, DSL/Cable, email and other
complicated software has brought about new threats such as cyber-fraud and devastating viruses, while leaving consumers with no knowledge on how to
protect themselves from these threats.
In response to these issues, FastGeeks has created a suite of fixed prices services aimed at making sure that customers are not left wondering how much
their service call is going to cost until after the fact. With a combined experience of over 30 years in the computer technology industry, the staff of
FastGeeks provides a range of services from troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and networking to training, system evaluation, and consulting.
